The Bible Study Fellowship Group will resume meeting after the new year. Beginning on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, our study will be St. Paul’s Second Letter to the Thessalonians. This Letter’s main focus is the Second Advent ("Coming") of the Lord Jesus Christ, a belief that we state in the Creeds in every celebration of worship. Rev. Ron thanks all the members for their participation and contributions of keen scriptural insights, making Tuesday afternoons from 2p.m. - 3:30p.m. a very special time!

Postage Stamps & Campbell’s Soup Labels: The Diocesan ACW collects used postage stamps for the Canadian Bible Society. These stamps are sold to collectors and the money used to purchase Bibles. All stamps are welcome, but especially foreign and commemorative ones. The ACW collects Campbell’s soup labels for Landmark East who turn them in to receive furnishings and supplies for their building. The whole label is needed. Containers will be placed at the back of the church to collect stamps and labels and we would appreciate your donation. Envelopes should be trimmed 1/4 inch around the stamps, but we also will accept whole envelopes.

Your 2009 offering envelopes are now ready for pickup. Any inquiries please contact Tom Richardson @ 876-2165

A request for an evening Bible Study has been received, for which we are grateful and pleased to provide. Therefore, the Bible Study will begin on Monday, January 12, 2009, from 7:00pm - 8:30pm, in either the Fellowship Room or in the Church, depending on the number of participants. Rev. Ron looks forward to welcoming everyone! The evening Bible Study will follow the same Bible Study as that which takes place on Tuesday afternoons.

A Note from the 90th Anniversary Celebration Committee:
