NEW NOTICES
25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY – St. Andrew’s Ladies Group will be celebrating 25 years of service to the church next Sunday, May 25th, with a corporate communion. We will all sit together in the reserved pews, past and present members. A lunch will be held after the service downstairs in the hall. If you were once part of this group, please join us as we celebrate this milestone.
READING SCHEDULE – A new reading schedule will be available next week. If there is anyone who would like to be a reader please contact me by email or phone within the next few days. (email and phone are on the back cover of bulletin). Would all current readers please let me know if and when you are planning on being away during the summer, so I can avoid scheduling you on those weeks? Thanks to all the readers. You all do an amazing job!
BREAKFAST BUCKET – Many thanks for your April contributions to the BLT Breakfast Program. $110.41 will be delivered to the school. The next opportunity to contribute will be on Sunday, June 2nd at which time representatives from BLT will attend the 10:30 am worship service. This will be the last Breakfast Bucket until September.
SUNDAY SCHOOL CLOSING – The Sunday School Closing will be held on Sunday, June 2nd. Please mark this date on your calendar.
ROYAL NOVA SCOTIA TATTOO CHOIR – The Royal Nova Scotia Tattoo Choir is currently seeking members, all voice parts. It is a very rewarding and exciting experience. You must be 16 years of age for the adult choir. For more information and an audition time, please contact Donna Ruggles at 876-2893.

ONGOING NOTICES
PWRDF – The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund acts on behalf of the Anglican Church of Canada to provide people around the globe with the ways and means to “help them help themselves”. Information and envelopes are available at the back of the church should you wish to contribute to this worthy ministry.
RECTOR’S OFFICE MEMORIALS – Memorial donations towards the construction costs of the Rector’s office are now being received. Donations in the amount of $110.00 ($100 plus $10 engraving) will allow contributors to place a memorial on a plaque to be located outside the office. There are twenty-four spaces for memorials. Once all spaces have been filled we will dedicate the office in memory of those identified on the plaque. If you wish to make a donation, please see either Rev. Mike or Rev. Judie. Thank you for your generosity
CAMPBELL SOUP LABELS AND POSTAGE STAMPS – Thank you for your continuing support of two ACW projects: Postage stamps and Campbell’s soup labels. The requirement for stamps have been changed: They no longer have to have ¼” margin of envelope around them; simply tear most of the envelope away, being careful not to tear the stamp. The soup labels have to be complete and in one piece; that is, with no staples or Scotch tape.
FOOD BANK – The St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Food Bank is always in need of canned fruit, canned meat, pasta, peanut butter, jam, crackers and pudding. They are currently running short on the following food items: boxes of cereal, cookies, and jello. Your ongoing support is greatly appreciated.
