The Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island is divided into ten (10) regions primarily to assist the bishop in administrative matters. Each region has an Archdeacon who is territorial based to share the ministry of episcopal oversight serving as an assistant to the bishop primarily in pastoral matters.
